CONTACTS for the construction of the Limassol ‘Icon’ were signed on 19th October between the Imperio Group of Companies and Iacovou Brothers at the headquarters of Imperio in Limassol.
At a height of 125 metres, it will be the fourth tallest building in Cyprus and will be built on Limassol’s coastal road in Germasogia. Work is underway and it is expected to be delivered by December 2020.
When completed the Icon will provide a total of 54 fully equipped and furnished apartments offering one-bedroom to penthouses and whole floor units; 35% of the apartments have already been sold.
The development will include a water club (featuring an infinity-edge pool) a restaurant, a fitness and yoga club and a tennis court. The Icon will provide a concierge and a 24-hour reception service and other services including housekeeping, room service, dry cleaning and tailoring.
