Cyprus property market continues to grow
Council president Marinos Kineyirou said the property market was developing and supporting the growth of the Cypriot economy.
He said the increases in both the number and value of transactions were significant, following a strong year for the sector in 2025. Interest from both local and overseas buyers remained high, he added, and the signs suggested the market would finish 2026 on a positive note.
